What doses do you use?
Harmony: 2000 mg myo-inositol + 50 mg D-chiro-inositol (the clinically studied 40:1 ratio) with magnesium and vitamin B8. Burn: 1000 mg berberine HCl per serving. Glow: apple cider vinegar with chromium and antioxidants. These sit within the ranges used in clinical trials.

How long until I see results?

How do I take each product?

Safety
Can I take these with diabetes medication?
Inositol, berberine and apple cider vinegar can all add to the blood-sugar-supporting effects of medications like metformin, insulin or sulfonylureas. If you take any glucose-lowering medication, please talk to your doctor before starting so they can monitor you.*
Are they safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Not unless advised by your doctor. Berberine in particular is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceive. Always check with your healthcare provider.*
